My vital role to work closely with the World Wide IBM Digital Marketing & Optimization Business team and World Wide - Lean Six Sigma Team.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt Project – on Pipeline Yield Optimization.
  • Analyzing Chat Transcripts by using SPSS Text Analyzer tool for all IBM Brands.
  • Responsible for providing insights on registration and registrant analysis of the online channels for IBM Software Group all brands.
  • Drive website performance by analyzing multiple sources of data and providing expert knowledge and insight into online business and customer behavior as well as in-store influence of the website.
  • Measure and analyze site click-stream data, traffic patterns, funnel conversions, registrations, registrants, actionable registrants, validated leads and validated lead revenue, as well as content and product performance.
  • Make recommendations for optimization of the online customer experience by utilizing the full ecosystem of data sources including web analytics, transactional data, offline data, customer insights, industry research and competitive intelligence.
  • Meet with World Wide Digital Strategist and Managers to assess needs and relay appropriate insights.
  • Identify business challenges, conduct analysis and provide insights with recommendations to address business needs.
  • Troubleshoot data collection issues or data mining and project manage data collection resolution/solution.
  • Position provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of project.

Job Profile: Sr. Executive Web Analyst

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Understand client's business objectives, Identify KPIs to measure the success of the online initiatives and propose Dashboard/Reporting templates to measure and optimize.
  • Conduct Key Insight Analysis (KIA) and develop reporting frameworks that provide insight into the performance of clients' online marketing programs and develop recommendations for optimization.
  • Execution of A/B testing and Multivariate testing done by using Google Optimizer. Also have the strong knowledge of Design of Experiment that used by Google in the Google Optimizer.
  • Provide direction for the offshore team to implement, configure, and customize web analytics tools to meet client business reporting and data needs.
  • Drive web analytics strategy, implementation, analysis and action across different business units and geographies.
  • Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple qualitative tools/instruments (websites, surveys, testing etc).
  • Develop an internal system of data distribution and sharing that promotes better utilization of analytics in decision-making.

I have enjoyed the work with the US client (OTX) as a Statistical Analyst, with various projects.

Worked on Survey Projects:
  • Handled Analysis work in SPSS, Quantum Programming - Generations of Cross Tabulations, Banner Creation.
  • Handling the data Quality Checking (QC) project which mainly involves data, merging of the data, checking the Skip logic and programming logic based on market research survey conducted by the US clients.
  • Worked on the platform on Data De-rotation.
  • Worked on Generations of Cross Tabulations in Win Cross.

Projects in Statistics:

1) Study Process Capability of  Various parameter of threads (Source: Nav Maharashtra Soot Girani, Ichalkaranji)

Topic: To find the strength and quality of different threads which is used for manufacturing clothes.

Tools Used: Control Charts, Process Capability Analysis, Design of Experiment and Regression.


2) Representative in INTER UNIVERSITY M.Sc. I STUDENT  COMPETITION  IN STATISTICS 2004-2005 organized by Pune University held in year 2004-2005 secured first rank at all India Level.

Topic:  Estimating the average km per lit of petrol for two wheelers / four wheelers. How far manufactures claim is reasonable?

Tools Used: Factor Analysis, ANOVA, Linear Regression.

It was part of inter-university competition promoted by Indian Statistical & Probability Society (ISPS, 2005-2006).
